Hun has been reading the 'Secret' recently...
She is very inspired and motivated by it.
Now that she is stepping out on her own, I WISH her all the Best in her work.

She will want me to have a more positive outlook on what has happened..
so i will try to interpret the above,

1) Now i know who are the friends that i can fight alongside during a war

2) I can only do better for the next assignment

3) The old saying, 'old things don't leave, the new will not come'.
I will have more time for new students!

4) Thanks to the flat tyre, I now own a brand new stet of tyres and rims!! WOOOHOOOO

5) New car handle!

6) More time with mum... she still doen't know... hm......

Seeking shelter

like a fish, finding a solid rock to hide from the turbulent waves....

as i look back... was i too naive to ride the wave?
now that the wave some how knocked u out...
and now... a lil dizzy from the knock.
trying to gather my thoughts, pick myself up again and carry on...

heard theres another big wave coming...
should i jump into it? ride along with it? hm...
don't like the feeling of the aftermarth... hm...

School is not helping too...
im taking 4 modules this sem...
2 of them, motivation and work stress...
im suppose to learn how to identify, apply them...
but i end up with no motivation and plenty of stress...
its no help at all lah...

My lovely girlfriend

sorry guys, i just need to show off some
wonderful things my girlfriend did for me

Weeks before my exams, she wrote me this note,
to encourage me to study hard.
and it was attach to a sweet treat made by her
(the picture was straight, but when uploaded, it changed)

this is the sweet treat. = ) yummy

the nite when i was admitted to the hospital,
was being quarantine... becoz i had fever
i did not have any food since afternoon...
then baby came to my rescue at about 11pm,
made porridge and asked the nurse to bring it in to me
it tastes sweet, becoz she went through all the trouble to get it to me.

when i got out of the hospital, i only had 2 days to prepare for my exams,
she cooked tomato base pasta, with loads of meat

and more meat... = )

the next day, we decided to have noodles
juz had this craving for it....
then she added eggs with tomato and prawns...
she peeled every single one of it...

this was another occasion that she cooked fried rice.
loads of ingredients, so tasty too...

she also cooked prawns


Thank you Dear, for being such a darling.
always looking after me during exams as well as the fevers.
your cooking is getting better each time.
i think its in the genes, inherited them from your dad.
i may not know how to express the feelings and
thoughts when you did all these and more for me at that point of time.
but i really appreciate them. hugz



wanted to get one of this for a long time, but wasn't able to
so when i knew of a friend that had it, i asked if i could try it
had the license long ago, but did not practice, so very blur on the controls...
maybe next time... i'll get my own

Sick again

Went to the doctor 3 times in 2 days for high fever and this is the amount of med he gave


Fever did not subside, went to the hospital at night.
they immediately put me on drip.
3 bags within 2 hours...

had to stay in for 4 days... bill mounting to 1k... all the scanning and test done...
fever went up to as high as 39 during the nights.
doctors are unable to determine the cause of it and why it did not go away

I couldn't prepare for my exams which just ended.
just wrote what i can remember and the revision the day before the paper.
Finally its all done... now have to wait for result

27 days to go

Exams coming... 27 days to go... still no mood.. sian
Last nite was the revision, no more class liao
i got to START

Last nite's wind was crazy...
i saw a white plastic chair flew up to chest level and hit a nearby car on the windscreen.
i think the car owner must be damn sian.
in this case, i don't think he can claim any one for the damages.
it is considered an act of God...
So pple with their own transport, beware of where u park.

5th Sem

Work/school has just started.
there is a sudden influx of students into the gym...
n this is only the first week.. wonder whats gotten into them.
all the orientation was packed, all the passes given out.
hopefully things will get better soon.

Wooohooo!! wkend was all fun. had swimming classes with hyper kids
and the long awaited mahjiong...
this is the first time i got this combination. self touch some more.... wahahaha = p


and i got a WII... it was the previous week thou...
aunt lilian saw that i had it, tried it and bought another set for my cousins.
welcome to the WII family. = )
cant play WII now, so i left it in the safe hands of my baby. (",)

exams are coming, but i have not started.
its bad... but the engine has not started... i tried..
i will work on it...
workload has increased significantly, more hours, more classes.
i don't know how it will turn out. hope it will be good.

I was having a busy wkend.
Rushing around to get things done.
And my assignments due today.
It's all done... don't feel like going through them again.
Submitted them last night.

its been a bitter sweet wkend for me.
bitter because of some people's inconsiderate comments.
it was in a sense hurtful for me.
my baby was out to her friend's party.
so i sent her there and picked her up after that.
it was late and i don't like the feeling of her going home by herself.
it not safe, esp when there are so many foreign talents in her area.
so i decided to spend a lil more time with her, sending her home.
it is not a chore, i like to talk to her on the way back.
we hardly use the phone now, so on the way back is the best time to find out how is her day.
so as i was waiting, some party goers walked by, group of guys n girls.
He commented, see all the 'ahmads' (Term commonly use for drivers)
i don't know if that guy was making fun of others to impress the girls around him.
but it was definitely insensitive.
wait till he has a girl friend... his perception should change.
i urge you, friends to keep comments to yourself, esp those that may hurt others.

This is the last wk of our contract...
nothing is said... all is uncertain.. feeling lost...
Guess its a sign for me to move on...
Have been searching for jobs recently.
Its not that others are not hiring, just that the feeling of moving into a new environment.

Exams are nearing also, assignments due the end of this wk... its really hectic.
One of my assignment requires me to interview parent and kids.
It really touched me...
I asked the mother, what kind of reward does she think the kids wants most...
Her reply was more materialistic.
I would have given the same answer.
But to my surprise, the kid said the best reward she ever had, her mother's SMILE.

so to all the parents out there...

Baby's competition is over, training has reduced...
things seems to be heading for the better.
not that i drag helping her, but its time to rest...
but rest seems to be running away from me....
more assignments to be done, datelines....
and recently, my job has became very uncertain.
things are not fixed or confirmed, im just hanging.
now i finally feel what others have been complaining about,
having to do two persons workload for the same price...
im also thinking of moving on...
was thinking of pacing myself, doing my homework early.
stayed home the whole of saturday just to work on 1 assignment,
hoping that sunday i can go out and relax....

Congrates MG

This is the start of a new week for everyone.
Baby's cheer competition was over the weekend that just passed.
I have witness some really amazing stuff there, i would encourage every to see it.
Like most sports competition, some teams win, others git to try harder.
Would like to congratulate, MGS for winning the both the primary & secondary category, 2nd & Champs respectively.
I would like to salute the guys from DECS.
Its been great knowing you guys, feeling the passion from you all.
Lets fight harder next yr, be Stronger, better, faster..
This sport has grown alot in the past few years, standards have been pushed higher.

Fun things...

Didn't have the time recently to go shopping, been busy with school work,
work and baby is training hard for the coming competition.
We saw this 2 pix at the super mart... that really perk us up

i think its baby radish... than baby start to sing in chinese...

seriously, what is this? pear, dates or coconut?
we even suggest that the dates or the pear could be soaked in the coconut.. LOL.


then on the way back....
guess the 3 blind mice didn't escape this time...

Didn't know if i should laugh and be happy or feel sad.
Laugh & be happy cause the rats are being exterminated. = )
Sad because i used to keep white mice and small animals, lives are so fragile..

things begin to look gloomy these days...
things no longer look as strong as before, it is unstable.
is everything destined?
i don't know what will happen in a month's time...
it kinda scares me...
but i hope it will force me to get my other things done...

read baby's blog, she was feeling all emotional.
she used to be super busy and all, but now the total opposite...
feeling lost all of a sudden, feeling empty and blank.
i wish i could say i understand how she feels.
maybe im blessed as a guy, everything is planned for, pri sch, sec sch, poly, ns, etc...
i guess the initial part when you step out, you will feel blank...
but once you found the purpose or aim, you will have more drive.

Its the second half of the semester.....
Feeling very lazy... now i begin to understand why alot of pple opt to drop out...

He helped me alot in my previous module.
M i glad to meet him there.

Baby came back from her Viet trip and is now planning on another trip...
She is addicted to travelling. Gosh...
Im happy to see her so refreshed after a trip with her gang.
She went shopping the whole day today with her close friend, Merry.
Wonder how she mange to walk non stop... hm...

HECTIC WK

Last wkend was crazy.... rushing around to get things done....

1) Last min shopping for the celebration,
2) Unisim lesson just before celebration,
3) Balloon deco just before guest arrives,
4) Help out in the celebration,
5) Clear up the aftermath of the celebration
6) Swim class 8 am next day
7) Come back and check out of the chalet
8) Returned all the items that we borrowed for the party,
9) Prep for the Zhijun's Bday in the evening...

It was baby's 21st bday, booked a chalet and invited truck loads of pple to come...
It was hectic, but im sure Baby was happy.
I don't have the photos now as Baby is in Viet with her class-mates, grad trip...

and the very next day, her team mate, Zhi Jun's Bday celebration.
made 4 pillars with the help of my Baby for her deco... = ) hope she like it.
She said that she would bring it home some how.... i wonder...

Today is the last day of the DPA wellness program...

Just before night class today, my gym buddy was fumming....
I can understand why... its tough seeing your girlfriend being 'bullied'
He almost smashed the glass panel in the gym and crushed the metal handle.
I would have to agree that some games are pushing the limits of individuals.
It has become very physical and way out of individual's comfort zone.
I was once a camp instructor, group leader...
Rules are rules... where have they gone??
Guys do not lose anything from the games, but girls...
No boyfriend can stand aside, and not do or feel anything...
Seriously... can't they think of better games to bring out the leadership?

although when i was much younger, i had no such celebrations,
i would just watch on with much envy when my cousins celebrate their birthdays.
As i grew older, i begin to understand why it never took place.
I have 2 elder bros, n my parents are trying their very best to make ends meet.
Its in the past liao, will not hold it against anyone.
Friends out there, when u have a child, such celebration is impt for their development and growth, although we may not see it immediately, but it will go along way.
